I ADDRESS YOU IN TWO OF YOUR OFFICIAL CAPACITIES:
1. Chief Presiding Officer of MPS School Board.
In your first capacity as MPS School Board Chairperson
I want to know if you've a position regarding the fire
bombing of your peer and my former neighbor Leon Todd?
Is this the price to be paid for speaking out against
some of the "Afrocentric" ideas floating around MPS?
2. STATUTORY CHAIR of the MATC
Board Appointment
Committee.
I hope that you will comply with bare
bone essentials of Chapters 19 and
38. Alschuler,
formerly VTAE State Board general council,
now
has a similar position at the Board
of Regents.
Ed agreed with
me years ago, long before I sued
your predecessor in her official capacity,
to the
effect that the Appointment Committee
is NOT to
be taken as an
automatic adjunct to MATC itself.
In other words, you
chair an INDEPENDENT body. I
see no way that you can turn all over
to Roden.
Please send me a notice and agenda for 4/12/97 meeting.
Arrange for my making a presentation to those attending.
I must caution you and others to PRESERVE
ALL RECORDS.
Within five days ASAP and without delay,
I ASK YOU
TO TAKE PERSONAL
RESPONSIBILITY for a record that
came into existence under your predecessor.
DONALD
ALMQUIST and only
two out of a possible 25 showed
up to
appoint the successor to felon Guzniczak. I
WAS THE ONLY
MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC that was there!
Although you had your quorum (two!)
DON DECIDED TO
ABSTAIN AS A
MATTER OF PRINCIPLE from voting. Bill,
as the leading (and only) candidate,
was appointed.
CITIZEN STEINKE
WATCHED THE SURREALISM UNFOLD. Our
state constitution and statutes requires
Oaths of
Office to be filed for MATC Board members.
WHERE
IS THE OATH OF
OFFICE FOR HITTMAN? Does it exist?
Former WFT President Koeller has obtain
all other
oaths since MATC felon Harry took his
on 1/12/81.
HITTMAN'S OATH
IS MISSING. WHERE IS IT? PRAY TELL.
It's times like these that I'm grateful
to be 100
miles west of Milwaukee. I see
that former Board
member Marlene Johnson is seeking reappointment!
Felon Harry's peer from 1/12/81, Jean
DiMotto, is
now poised to
join her husband on the bench. Gosh.
