to be anything but a farce, citizens need maximum scrutiny of the public's
business at ALL levels of government. Public officers take oaths
and have duties. How do officers of school boards, townships, villages,
cities, counties, states (and their subdivisions) respond to YOUR requests
for information? Timely and in good faith?
Or are FOI laws observed in the
breach? From your experiences? Do your elected and appointed public
servants demonstrate knowledge of quality control? Honest officials, their
subordinates and employees with nothing to hide should honor

possible information regarding affairs of
government and the official acts of those
officers and employees who represent them.
Providing such information is declared to
be an integral part of the ROUTINE DUTIES
of officers or employees serve the public.

to do their best to do faithfully perform
their duty to serve. OBSERVABLE REALITY?
